Whenever there's an event at ABOR, Lexie will reach out to ABOR to book the room & collect payment from the appropriate sponsor. I'll take care of the payment online.

For any new event at ABOR, Lexie will be responsible for finding a sponsor.

As of 11/7/2023, per Eric, we will only take on new sponsors when someone has worked with the vendor for 12+ months minimum in order for us to talk with them about sponsoring.
