Saving Credit Card Details

We now use a platform called Stripe where we save all the agent's credit card details. We can run their credit card for Austin Cake Ball, Tiff's Treats and Marketing Materials. Please let the agent know before you run their credit card for any marketing materials. As for Austin Cake Ball & Tiff's Treats, we had them sign a recurring credit card authorization form, so no need to ask before running their card for that.

Go to "Customers"
Click on the agent's name. If the agent does not exist already, click on "+ Add customer" in the top right corner and enter all their details. Then hit "Add Customer".
Under "Payment methods" click "Add". Choose "Add card".
Enter their credit card details and then hit "More options". Be sure to enter the name on the card under "Cardholder name".
Enter their billing address under "Address".
Hit "Add card"
