Monthly Mortgage Process

Check this on the first Wednesday of each month

1. Log into all mortgage accounts

2. Check payment status

Verify that all payments have been made on time for each account. Note any late payments.

3. Check for forced-placed insurance

Review each account to ensure there’s no forced-placed insurance.

4. If forced-placed insurance is found

- Email David Mescher: david@armadilloinsurance.com

- Track progress and follow up until the issue is fixed.

5. Document findings

Keep a record of your checks, noting any issues and resolutions for future reference.
