If it will be held at ABOR, follow these steps:
  1. Email ataylor@abor.com with the following email:
SUBJECT: {DATE OF MEETING}- 10AM Bramlett Meeting
Annika,

Could we please reserve a space at the Spicewood ABOR office on {{XXDATE}} at 10am for a company meeting?

Thank you!

2. Then you will add the event to the Bramlett Office Calendar

    • Title the event "Bramlett OKR Meeting ({{XX}} Sponsoring)
    • then you will add the following emails under "Guests"

- agents@bramres.com + team@dochenrealtors.com + team@berbasgroup.com

- the email of whoever is sponsoring

    • Make sure the event is scheduled under the "BramRes Office Calendar":

  1. Set calendar reminders to do the following steps:
      • The Wednesday before the meeting, you will email the sponsor and confirm the details (meeting location, date, and time).
      • The Friday before the meeting, you will email ABOR to confirm the details (date and time) for our room reservation
      • The Monday before the meeting, you will email agents@bramres.com + team@dochenrealtors.com + team@berbasgroup.com and the meeting sponsor with the following email:
SUBJECT: Bramlett OKR Meeting- {{XXDATE}} at 10am
Hey guys!

I just wanted to shoot you all a reminder of our OKR meeting tomorrow morning at 10am at ABOR. {{SPONSOR}} will be sponsoring our meeting this month!

Also - please make sure to enter your transactions into RealScale by EOD today so we can have accurate numbers for last month!

Thanks and looking forward to seeing you all there.
  1. If we booked ABOR for the year in advance, send the following email to sponsors:

SUBJECT: Bramlett Residential OKR Meeting
Hi (sponsor's name),

We have you on the books for sponsoring our OKR meeting on xx-xx-xxxx. Starting in 2023 we started asking sponsors to cover the ABOR Room booked for that day. The 2024 rate for the ABOR Room is $483.00. (We're asking for this rather than breakfast tacos and coffee that we used to ask for - this is roughly the same price per agent.) You can expect there to be 30-50 agents in attendance.

Please send payment to Bramlett Residential for $483.00 and mail it to 5025 Burnet Road, Suite #201, Austin, TX 78756. We could also provide you with an invoice via Stripe so you can pay via a link if that would be easier.

Important details!
  • Please arrive approximately 5-10 minutes prior to the meeting. This is an awesome time to chat with our agents, too.
  • Sponsors will have the floor for a total of 15 minutes. We have to limit it to this to make sure we can finish our meeting in time.
  • The best way for you to connect with our agents is through Q&A. We recommend that you introduce yourself and your team for ~5 min and then leave ~10 min for Q&A. Our agents usually have plenty of questions, but it's good to bring a few "FAQs" of your own in case it slows down or is slow to start.
