Manage Email Nudge Campaign

We send recruiting nudge emails to the top 10% of agents in Austin. We work with Aleksa and the team at Hypernova to get these sent out.

Determine the target group(s) of agents
Run a report in MarketView Broker for each target group. Add the report to a separate sheet within the Big Recruiting List.
Email Aleksa and include link to the Big Recruiting list and the email copy.
They will send out the campaign, while making sure they don't send it to anyone on the "Perm Blacklist" within the Big Recruiting List.

Group A: $3-9M with a license number 710+
- This targets a group of newer, younger agents who are seeing a good amount of success early in their career
Group B: $10M+
- This targets a group of high-producing agents but doesn't eliminate agents who have been licensed for (potentially) a long time
